Psychology of Colour

Our visual area in our brain helps us to perceive colour and has many colour sensing neurons. Colour can be used as a non-verbal type of communication. colors can change our emotions and mood through psychological reaction. An example of this would be that many fast food restaurants have yellow and red signs red makes us feel hungry and yellow will draw you in for its positive feel. Another example would be blue which gives us a trusting and calming feel this is why many clinics are blue and police uniforms.
